The Ria Kitchen started with a simple idea: Hyderabad has no shortage of restaurants, but not enough places serving the unhurried, home-style Andhra and Telangana food people grew up eating — proper bagara rice, curries that taste of real masala rather than shortcuts, and Gongura cooked the way it should be, tangy and slow-simmered.
We keep the menu small on purpose. Every item is made fresh once you order, in small batches, with the same recipes and care you'd expect at home. No preservatives, no reheated gravies — just food you can trust, every single time.
